(More customer reviews)I purchased this item Spring 2008 and used it daily all season long with no problem. This afternoon I attached it to the hose for the first time this season, turned on the water, and the wand split open a 1" vertical gash along the shaft- rendering it completely useless.I'm really disappointed because this watering wand was a great tool when it worked.
I have e-mailed Dramm directly, as this product is advertised as having a lifetime waranty--I'll update further when/if the company replies to my complaint.
