(More customer reviews)The plastic that attaches the handle to the "vacuum head" snapped on the second use. It is difficult to use with the garden hose attached to the vacuum head. With one hand you do the vacuuming and the other hand must hold the hose. The whole thing is awkward to use. I should have spent the additonal money to buy a better product
